Update - June 2008 In the first two years of having this property a great deal has been acheived. The main house is constantly being sealed and resealed against the weather, having had several new panes of glass and a coat or two of paint on the outside and even some inside. A solid fuel burner has been installed in the Music Room (main lounge for those unacustomed to the room layout), making winter stop overs much more comfortable. One half of the main house has had a new floor and upstairs particians ... see BootCamp page for next new floor! The Prayer Barn has been made semi wind/water tight making that more useable, although we are still battleing with the jackdors over who has right to live in it! Much space and land has been cleared of plant growth, although that also is an on going battle. Finally, we now have a water source in the form of a bore hole and with a little bit of filtration it'll be usable ... plans for showers and toilets in the pipe line ... but we shall be keeping the outside toilet for those who prefer ...
